Located in west central Minnesota, the Buffalo-Red Watershed District (BRRWD) is one of the 10 major watersheds in the Red River Basin. As you navigate our website, you will find valuable resources such as our monthly minutes, permit application, and information on the history of the watershed district. The Board holds regular business meetings in its office at 114 Front Street South, Barnesville, MN, on the second and fourth Monday of each month. The Annual Meeting is held in January, and the Annual Budget Hearing is held in September. Meetings start at 7:00 PM (8:00 PM Daylight Savings Time). The office is open Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00 PM.
