Permit Application

The permit system, adopted in 1979, is used to enforce the BBRWD's "Rules" and Regulations".  Permits are required for a wide variety of construction activities that affect the water resources of the District.  Permit applications are acted on at the monthly meetings of the managers.   If you have questions about our permit application process, please feel free to contact us.
